1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DongChi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use DongChi. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

DongChi allows you to upload and share photos, videos, and audio recordings ("User Content"). By uploading content, you:

• Retain ownership of your User Content
• Grant DongChi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
• Represent that you have the right to share the content
• Understand that your content may be viewed by other users

5. Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or promotes illegal activities
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or pornography
• Is violent, threatening, or promotes violence
• Harasses, bullies, or intimidates others
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Violates the privacy of others
• Is discriminatory or promotes hate speech
• Exploits or endangers minors

6. Location Data

DongChi uses location data to tag content to specific places on the globe. By using the App, you understand that:

• Location data attached to your content will be visible to other users
• You should not share content from sensitive or private locations
• Location sharing is required only when uploading content

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Circumvent any content filtering or safety features

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DongChi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• You may request account deletion, which includes a 30-day recovery period
• We may delete your User Content

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• User Content is accurate, reliable, or appropriate
• Defects will be corrected

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DongChi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Unauthorized access to your account
• User Content posted by others
• Service interruptions

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DongChi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DongChi operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
