How do I share content on the globe?
Tap the rocket button on the main screen, choose your media type (photo, video, or audio), and capture or select your content. Your current location will be automatically tagged, and your moment will be pinned to the globe for others to discover.
Can I browse without creating an account?
Yes! DongChi offers a guest mode that lets you explore content from around the world without signing in. However, to share your own content and save your reactions, you'll need to create an account.
How do I delete my posts?
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner, select "My Posts", then tap on any post you want to remove. You'll see a delete option to remove it from the globe.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Menu → Settings → Delete Account. Your account will be scheduled for deletion in 30 days. During this period, you can cancel the deletion by simply signing back in. After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
Why does the app need my location?
Location is used to pin your content to specific places on the globe, allowing others to discover moments from that location. Your location is only captured when you choose to share content – you can browse freely without sharing your location.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the flag icon on any post to report it. Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action to maintain a safe community. You can also block users to prevent seeing their content.
What are the media limits?
• Photos: Up to 2 MB, optimized to 1920px
• Videos: Up to 50 MB, 1080p quality, max 60 seconds
• Audio: Up to 5 MB, max 60 seconds
Which devices are supported?
DongChi requires iOS 15.0 or later and is optimized for iPhone 11 and newer devices. The 3D globe experience works best on devices with modern graphics capabilities.
